Got a person who works for me who pulled a lat muscle when they slipped on something and grabbed onto a table to keep from falling. The person is in absolute agony. I used to know a bit about sports medicine when I was a youth sports coach years ago, educated myself on the subject and always prided myself in that my teams never had as many injuries as other teams. However, it’s been years as I said, plus I never have had to deal with a lat injury. The person has used ice for like 72 hours, I’ve advised them to go now with moist heat. I’m trying to get them to see my chiropractor who’s also a sports injury specialist, but the person is resistant because they think chiropractic is witchery, although I’m fortunate in that I have a chiropractor who treats muscle and skeletal issues, period, makes no other claims. Anything else this person could be doing here? Would taping or a bandage help? Any advice on how long they should be using the heat? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 15 month old with an ear infection and fluid buildup. He’s on round 3 of antibiotics. Now the doctor wants to send him to an ENT who will want to put tubes in his ears. Surgery will be a last option for us. I have read that chiropractic adjustments can be successful in treating this problem. Does anyone have any info or personal experience with this? I am curious because I am considering become a Chiropractor, and right now I am learning acupressure. I wonder if you need a seperate license as a massage therapist? Or is it legal without a license because you are already licensed to use physical contact to treat people, and forcing you to get another license is redudant? Obviously, you would have to get a massage therapy education as well, but I am curious of the licensing aspect. Thanks for reading!

You know, it is depend on WHERE you live and WHICH doctor (WESTERN) you go, you can LIVE OR DIE. This is also very scary, but all they gonna say is…SORRY. IN the end patient and their family and friends loose loved ones, no going back one he / she is dead due to ONE doctor basically get paid go home.
