Got something to say?

it will hurt a little, then it will feel good.
yes it will hurt, but oddly enough you will feel better after the whole thing is done. no pain no gain right?
No… the initial adjustment won’t hurt, but it might frighten you a little. It’s typically a series of quick movements. If your chiro is good, it won’t hurt at all.
You might be a little sore the next day. By the second or third adjustment, your body adapts.
I heard it’s the best feeling since ***!! you come out feeling like a new person & feeling 10 years younger!!
Check with your Primary Care Dr. first…some don’t approve of Chiropractors, BUT if the Primary Care Dr. can find nothing seriously wrong, I would certainly seek out Chiropractics. I’ve been in and out of it for years. It’s wonderful! Pain? Maybe a little in the beginning. NOT during the adjustments, but afterwards, when the muscles and bones are trying to get use to being in the “right” position…
It doesn’t hurt, it may feel sore after getting adjusted, but it helps with back pain. The only drawback is that it may be only temporary if you do not adjust your posture afterwards.
The chiropractor can take x-rays to see if you have anything out of place, and then can adjust it accordingly. It will probably feel great. The only way it would hurt really bad is if you actually have a muscle strain. If that’s the case, the manipulation will only make it worse.
If you are able to relax and not tense up it is really not painful. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 2. In my experience at least. Be careful afterwards to not to jerk anything back out of place as this is most likely to happen right after.
I’ve never been but I am currently considering it….I heard there is much pleasure after the pain.
my daughter was sent to one after a bus accident and they cracked her neck after that her back got worse but some of the heat and other treatments felt good. Be careful when it comes to back pain i was in nursing along time ck your choice of chiropractor out
I have back problems and the chiropractor helped a little but you should try to find a chiropractor/massage therapist instead. You get more for your money and it works amazingly well!
The chiropractor usually does his/her crunch, crunch and tells you to come back in two days - over and over again. The chiropractor/massage therapist works your muscles and tender spots first then when he/she does crunch - it stays in place and it feels a lot better.
it may scare you what they do to adjust you but, the slight pain that ou might feel is nothing compared to the pain you’re describing! i’ve been going to a chiropractor literally my whole life. they even adjust babies. it’s like a massage done all in one or a few shots. but trust me, after you get adjusted, you’ll feel goooood! but remember to take it easy for an hour after you get adjusted. it needs time to set in or you could just throw it out again. have no fear. you should look forward to it. i see mine every week and i look forward to the next appointment.
